Beyond Mobile is not a wireless carrier. We just partner with the big carriers to bring you exclusive deals by handling the billing. Once you sign up through us, you'll have access to all the regular carrier apps and services but we'll help with keeping your monthly cost down.
Refurbished or "renewed" phones get a bad rep. That’s because most companies are selling refurb phones with dings, scratches, or other signs of heavy use. We’re doing things a bit differently. We’re only bringing limited quantities of the highest-grade phones. This means your phone should look and feel brand new at a fraction of the price. All our phones are fully inspected and tested multiple times before they ever get to you. Yes, it's the real deal. Verizon has a division called "Verizon Prepaid" which offers no-contract plans to anyone who wants to pre-pay for service. The main difference is that your bill is paid at the beginning of the month instead of the end. Typically, prepaid customers are exempt from special promotions—especially, phone deals.
That's where we're changing the model. Beyond Mobile customers will get Verizon Prepaid service AND get special pricing on phones.
When you buy a phone from Beyond Mobile, it comes with service on America’s most reliable network, Verizon. At checkout, you can select 3, 6, or 12 months, for example. Once these prepaid months run out, you can keep your discounted rate by enrolling in autopay or you can pay Verizon directly through the My Verizon app.If you have any questions, send us an email or text and we’ll connect with you asap.
Congrats on ordering your new phone! Your new phone is on its way to you now. If you haven’t already, make sure your current phone is backed up to the cloud.
Once your phone arrives, here’s what you’ll need to do: click on the link we sent you or head over to your beyond mobile account and click on the phone you want to activate. Then, just answer a few questions to complete your activation.
If you want to keep your number, make sure you have your account details handy—like your account number and account PIN. If you have any questions, send us an email or text and we’ll get you set up asap.
Very first thing you should do is make sure your current phone is backed up to the cloud. Then click the link we sent over or head to your Beyond Mobile account and choose the phone you want to activate.
From there, we’ll ask you if you want to keep your phone number or get a new one. To keep your number, we’ll just need a little more info about your current carrier.
After that, turn your phone off, insert the SIM card we sent you and then power back on. If you have any questions, be sure to reach out.
The SIM card slot is located on the side of your phone or behind the battery, depending on the model of your phone. For most phones, you'll need a thin paperclip or SIM card removal tool to pop out the SIM card tray. Always make sure your phone is backed up before taking out or swapping your SIM card.
Since you pre-paid for your service when you bought your phone, you get to just enjoy your new phone. If you don’t have autopay enabled and your prepaid months have run out, you can pay directly through the My Verizon app.

From there, we'll send you a pre-paid mailing label to send the phone back to us. We'll also reach out to make sure we can help during the return process.
